LOT 959 | A JADEITE AND DIAMOND PENDANT
Carved as a round jadeite plaque of intense green color and very good translucency, of a lotus and two fish, bearing the rebus of 'surplus year-after-year', accentuated by the pavé-set diamond scrolled surround and bail, to the similarly carved semi-enclosed hinged back, mounted in 18K white gold, jadeite measuring approximately 42.32 x 42.26 x 1.80 mm, diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats in total, pendant length 6.30 cm
Accompanied by a report from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory, stating that the plaque is natural jadeite and no resin is detected, report no. SJ 101820, dated 15th September 2014
