Accompanied by two reports from the Gemological Institute of America, stating that the 4.56 and 4.52 carat diamonds are D color and Internally Flawless clarity, with laser inscription registries, report nos. 2173253778 and 2171253772, dated 6th August 2015 and 17th August 2015
The 4.52 carat diamond is accompanied by a supplemental letter stating that it has been determined to be Type IIa
Type IIa diamonds are the most chemically pure type of diamond and often have exceptional optical transparency. Type IIa diamonds were first identified as originating from India (particularly from the Golconda region) but have since been recovered in all major diamond-producing regions of the world. Among famous gem diamonds, the 530.20 carat Cullinan I and the 105.60 carat Koh-i-noor, are examples of Type IIa
